Costa Rica

A phrase that literally translates to “Pure Life” or “Full of Life,” the Costa Rican phrase “Pura Vida” is used in countless situations and embodies the Costa Rican philosophy. Costa Rica adheres to “Pura Vida” with its commitment to preserving a tropically lush ecosystem rich in biodiversity. The pace of life is relaxed, and many citizens place a high value on time spent recreating with family and friends. Travelers encounter this philosophy through the warm welcomes they receive and the discovery of a real-life paradise that includes tranquil beaches, cloud forests, and downright fantastic coffee. It’s hard to spend time in Costa Rica without absorbing a bit of “Pura Vida.”

“This is a once in a life time opportunity, really very few people get to immerse themselves in another culture like this. Eat new foods, dance new dances, embrace Tico time, greet everyone with a kiss, get to know your families, your coworkers, the kids, and you’ll have such a fulfilling experience. Time flies so enjoy every minute!”
