ITG USA Program Delivery Manager

Title: ITG USA Program Delivery Manager
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Number of Weekly Hours: Full-Time. Some evenings & weekends
Pay: $40,000 – $50,000 per year

Job Description:

Managing ITG USA (Kaya and World Endeavors) program delivery from sign-up to program completion. This will include the process of matching students to internship placements and then managing the participants through pre-departure planning through to the completion of their program.

This position requires an organized individual with extensive knowledge of program operations who understands the needs of participants as they prepare to travel abroad on ITG programs.

The successful candidate for the position will be passionate about impact travel and ensuring the best quality of program and support for students to study, intern and volunteer abroad.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the process of program delivery for individuals in Kaya and World Endeavors from sign-up up to program completion
  • For World Endeavors internship participants, managing the process of placement matching post application through to placement confirmation
  • Managing the ITG Philippines program administration team including mapping workflows, projecting staffing needs and optimizing processes
  • Have extensive knowledge of all Kaya and World Endeavors products for individual participants.
  • Ensuring communications with in-country partners for all sign-ups are maintained and processes developed to maximize information flow and efficiencies
  • Being the initial point of contact for issues in-country and escalating issues to programs team when required
  • Managing and improving, on an ongoing basis, the pre-departure process, including welcome packs, knowledge banks, and participant portal.
  • Collaborating with the Programs team to ensure a knowledge base for each location is kept up to date.
  • Developing and delivering training for programs administrators and sales team staff on program knowledge and the post-sign-up process. 
  • Ensuring all ITG brands are equally represented in operational considerations
  • Overseeing the collection and management of feedback, reviewing responses, and ensuring marketing and programs teams are provided relevant information to act upon.
  • Overseeing the quality of programs via the feedback process and escalating issues to address.
  • Supporting the strategy and migration of Kaya and World Endeavor CRM to Hubspot and ensuring ongoing oversight and improvement to the new systems to maximize efficiencies in program delivery
  • Overseeing participants earning SOR transfer credit, ensuring documents are completed and submitted to Hartwick College, and transcripts are issued.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (any subject)
  • Experience in international education or related fields, with an understanding of the US higher education system.
  • Participation in International study, internship, volunteering, work, or travel 
  • Experience managing a remote team
  • Operational experience with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office platforms 
  • Experience working remotely
