ACADEMIC CREDIT

INTERNSHIP PROGRAMS

University of California BerkeleyA growing number of students are seeking to earn academic credit for an internship experience abroad. In an effort to make this available to more students, World Endeavors is collaborating with the University of California Berkeley to offer credit to our international interns. Interns will complete one of two online courses through University of California Berkeley alongside their internship to earn credit.

If your institution already has a way for students to earn credit for their international internships, a World Endeavors advisor can work with you and your student to ensure the internship placement fulfills these requirements.

SITE VISITS

World Endeavors can coordinate individual site visits to any of our program sites around the world. Site visits are a great way for advisors and faculty members to gain familiarity with a program and better understand their students’ experiences. Visiting a World Endeavors site abroad allows you to build relationships with onsite staff and makes it easier to promote the program to students. Typically, you will be responsible for your airfare and visa, and we will share your in-country expenses. We prefer to have at least eight weeks’ notice prior to the date you would like to visit a site, but, in some cases, we can coordinate a visit more quickly. If you would like to learn more about visiting one of our sites, please contact us and speak with a World Endeavors advisor today.
