We can also arrange for students and faculty to be covered under comprehensive travel medical insurance, with a US-based 24/7 number. We also maintain a regularly updated Health and Safety checklist for every country where we run programs and are enrolled in US Department of State STEP notifications.
We provide a number of options including travel and emergency medical, trip interruption, lost baggage, or coverage for other unforeseen events based on your group’s needs. A foreign liability policy is in place for all of our programs.
We arrange reliable local ground transportation and can also arrange affordable international flights for your group. This allows you to focus on your group learning priorities rather than worrying about logistics.
We can coordinate a wide range of various housing options and meal plans based on your goals and program itinerary, from host family accommodations with home-cooked meals to shared dormitory housing or hotels.

When you travel with World Endeavors, health and safety are always our top priority.
We maintain a regularly updated Health and Safety checklist for every country where we run programs. We closely monitor US Department of State STEP notifications and maintain an action plan for major events in our program destinations. We gather emergency contact information from each participant and cover health and safety in depth throughout the enrollment process.
While abroad, our local coordinator is available 24/7 to assist with any unexpected events. We also offer optional comprehensive travel medical insurance with a US-based 24/7 number.
