ABOUT VISUAL ARTS INTERNSHIPS ABROAD

World Endeavors interns in the visual arts can work with art historians, restorers, educators, artists-in-residence, and designers to learn about the business world of art in a new cultural context. Interns can work in museums, commercial galleries, businesses, studios, or educational institutions. Daily tasks may include assisting with planning and maintaining exhibits, creating and distributing publicity materials, coordinating special events, communicating with artists, and organizing art auctions. Some administrative support work may also be part of interns’ responsibilities.
