Rose just started her Physical Therapy internship in Thailand. She will be documenting her time abroad through photos!
I take 2 trains a bus and this walk to work every single day and I wouldn’t want it any other way. Everyday I get to overlook the city while on a train or be in the hustle and bustle of traffic while on a bus. But this view, this one is what I get to see on my walk. The beauty of this city is unlike any I have been to and getting to be surrounded by it is breath taking in itself.
For my internship I am shadowing physical therapists in a school like setting. This is the room that I get to work in and yes it is as fun as it looks. Here we get to work with patients specifically children to regain mobility and strength. It is a fun environment to be in and all the children put a smile on your face.
One of the must do’s in Thailand is go to a dog cafe. I specifically went to a BIG dog cafe and it was worth it. I got to see different types of dogs that were bigger than me along with wolves and other animals. They can do tricks and love to give lots of kisses. It’s one of the many fun things to do in Bangkok.
One of my co-workers in Thailand asked me my favorite thing so far and hands down it is the food. At first I was so hesitant to try food in a foreign country but I am in love. Everything taste delicious from sweet to savory and even a little caliente. I enjoy eating all the different types of foods and trying to learn all their names.
